Tinsel Garland Brush

My first endeavour in creating Procreate brushes was for a personal holiday postcard. A happy accident during manipulation of a brush ended up closely resembling the fringe of tinsel, so I rolled with it. After a bit of finessing, I had a beautiful garland I could easily write with in script.
